Bentry appoints Savills and CBRE to £100m Islington scheme

Bentry Capital has appointed Savills and CBRE to lead sales of its £100m development in Islington, London.

Called Angel Village, the development will consist of 130 homes in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Phase One will include 88 homes, with prices starting from £525,000.

Amenities include onsite concierge and secure underground parking for the gated community, with sales to launch next year.

“We are excited to be working with Savills and CBRE, two leading agents with expertise in selling to both local owner-occupiers and reaching international buyers who are seeking a London home,” said David Ronson, national sales and marketing director at Bentry Capital.

“With a prime Zone 1 location, Angel Village will offer a peaceful balance between serene, design-led homes and a very well connected, vibrant location.”

Amy Davis, director in the London residential team at Savills, added: “This development presents an outstanding opportunity to secure a home in one of the capital’s most desirable boroughs at a relatively accessible price point.

“Early interest is already strong, and we’re proud to have worked closely with Bentry on their first London launch. We look forward to making it a success.”
